So now that the dust is settling who do we write to/pester to get tod council to sort out the Pudsey Road toxic site?
Tod decided that, to deal with an abandoned piece of land full of unknown but toxic chemicals by putting a fence, with viewing panels, around the site.
Had someone been in control of the land then the enforcement officers would be dusting off their clipboards and buzzing round like bluebottles.
So the job obviously needs doing.
As they have no one to buzz round they fence it off.
The Environment Agency have reacted with a “Not me guv” try Calderdale.
Calderdale have sloped shoulders and ignored my enquiries.
Near a water course, homes, yadda yadda yadda.
    SURELY someone cares………………………..don’t they?

How cold is my valley?

Who I am

This blog started during the months before the 2010 General Election, in which I was the Green candidate for Calder Valley. It's morphed into an account of green activism...and other meanderings.
