The UN target for spending on foreign development aid is 0.7% of Gross National Income.

Guess which four countries in the world meet/exceed that target?   S*****, D******, N***** and the N*****lands. Anyone not know which 4 countries I mean? Please let me know if so…..

    That 0.7% resonates with me. That’s the amount of my pay rise this year!
