More Fun with Less Stuff

Our friends at the new economics foundation have produced a report (linked on the right) about the need to downsize and share out resources more equally. I’m currently doing a 21-hour working week myself, to give me time for campaigning, and it seems just about right. But of course it would, wouldn’t it? Much more interestingly, the ‘Today’ presenters, usually so dismissive of anything non-mainstream, sounded quite engaged by this idea. If they’re a barometer of how the chattering classes are thinking, then maybe the times they are a-changing! (q.v. My Cultural Week)

How cold is my valley?

Who I am
